I like the location. It's within the shopping mall and very close to bus terminal.

Restaurant for breakfast is a bit a distance from the hotel and there's no clear sign on how to get to the restaurant.

The location is very good.

The bed is comfy but the blanket is not clean. The towel is dirty too. I booked for two persons but they only provided us with 1 towel and 1 toiletry kit. The room is not clean. very bad. the only good with this hotel is the location. not worth the money i paid.

The night receptionist has jolly disposition. I.love the way she greeted me, i felt it

The reception staffs were chatting and laughing noisily. I maybe the only 1 initially in the lobby waiting for the 2pm check.in. Quite overstaff with 5people in there so less work for them. The room cleaners, I passed by them several times along the corridor but received no greetings nor smile at all. They need to be re.trained or better yet replaced.

Nice modern rooms TV with a lot of channels Nice bathroom Few steps away from the mall

Low wifi No room to store your things Not alway warm water in the shower The bed was nice but the sheets were either dirty or full of holes. The same for towels.

The Hotel, Staff, Cleanliness were absolutely fantastic! I truly miss Butuan, all the reception staff were absolutely brilliant! Best Location ever, Jubilee Chicken is just across the road! I cannot wait to come back!

This hotel has poor services and facilities - the room boys needs pushing to bring things so if you can't wait you need to bring things yourself to go to your room; the front desk are very slow to process your checking in; the desk staffs have differing rules such as allowing request of guests to free of charge a minor and then by next time they want you to pay full as accordingly they will be audited so why allowing it for the some times; the internet is very slow; the SPA services cannot be availed because already booked, the AC is not cold just room temperature, the toilet has no faucet to wash your back after pooing, the controls for the TV and AC are not properly working; they will make rules not to eat inside the hotel as there will be penalty of 1,000 and there is no fridge in inside the room. The only good thing here is this hotel is located inside the mall and very near to the terminal for easy access.

Slow Staff , slow internet, no fridge, rules not to eat inside the hotel (this is weird as most hotels allow it as usually guests needs only not to damage the things inside the room), and different rules on charges for minors.

hotel was located at the mall and the free candies for my kids.unfortunately, the free ice cream was no longer available when we got there.

no bidet in the toilet..it should be a standard facility in all hotels nowadays.
